There are many ways to assemble a vertical kit. Talk to your local grotto to learn how to use the equipment safely; chances are they or their members will have gear that you can try out before you buy everything. These are some of the options for frogging. You may need additional equipment. This is not a recommendation! I am sharing my opinions, which might be wrong. Remember, buying equipment does not equal knowing how to use it.
